Accessories improve comfort
August 1st 2008 Sperian has introduced two
new accessories for its
earmuffs. The Polar Hood is
specifically designed to be
worn with earmuffs, which
ensures optimal attenuation
for workers exposed to cold
climates.
"If you've ever had to wear
earmuffs in cold,
windy
conditions,
like on an
airport runway,
you know you
have two
choices," said Sperian's
Nathalie Viallix. "You can
wear a hood over your
earmuffs and let the wind
blow under it, or you can
wear a hood under your
earmuffs and compromise
hearing protection. The Polar
Hood design keeps you warm
and allows a proper acoustic
seal so earmuffs can protect
your hearing."
Sperian has also launched
a Slim Belt Clip designed to
provide handy storage when
