One size doesn't fit all
April 1st 2008

When it comes to hearing protection, one size doesn't fit all, which is why MSA has introduced a new type of "tailormade" hearing protection featuring individual muffs designed especially for the left and right ears.

The concept, called left/RIGHT, enables a better fit, making hearing protection more comfortable for the user.

left/RIGHT tackles the biggest reason behind occupational hearing impairment; people take off muffs because they are uncomfortable.

All hearing muffs on the market today are based on a design with two identical muffs and a band that does not really conform to the shape of our heads.

MSA reports a positive response to its new product, with the most popular feature being that muffs fit all users.

left/RIGHT is available in three versions; low, medium and high.

In the introductory phase left/RIGHT will be available in two models: one with FM radio and one without.

However lots of other features are on the way.
