Warmth and fresh air
October 1st 2007

At the Futuba Industrial factory in Derbyshire, 25 Reznor warm air heaters at different roof heights provide warmth and fresh air ventilation for a complex welding and assembly operation.

The factory is in two open sections, each having different comfort and air quality requirements.

In the high level pressing and moulding area, 15 europak PV2096-10 high efficiency units are installed internally at 8m from floor level. They have two motors to ensure optimum distribution of tempered and fresh air.

In the welding area where haze build-up could compromise air quality, 10 T2000E high efficiency heaters with an output of 36kw are mounted on internal walls.
