ANTI-FATIGUE MAT PASSES TOUGH TEST
April 1st 2005 After a successful trial of a Wearwell anti-fatigue mat from TMC Mats, A.F. Gaskin of High Wycome is considering replacing all plastic mats with the Wearwell version.
Dave Osborne, a toolmaker with the company, was given the opportunity to try the mat and soon noticed the difference. He comments “My feet didn’t ache at all during the four month trial. The mat not only gave me extra comfort when standing at the CNC lathe during extended production cycles, but provided me with a slipfree, warm surface underfoot.” The mat has smooth edges and its surface was unaffected by hot, abrasive swarf.
