Ping drives out fatigue
December 1st 2007

Ping Europe has installed Coba's Fatigue Fighter II matting at its head office and manufacturing operation in Lincolnshire.

The matting has been installed in production areas where bespoke golf clubs are manufactured.

Employees, such as those pictured in the Iron Cells 1 and 2 Shafting Area (where golf heads are attached to the shafts) spend most of their working day standing.

Installation of matting has been initiated to reduce fatigue from standing on a hard floor surface, creating a more comfortable environment.

Fatigue Fighter II antifatigue mat features a tough PVC foam top surface to withstand wear and tear, and a low-density bottom layer to provide cushioning underfoot. This fused, dual layered mat has been designed to reduce pressure from standing especially to the feet, legs and lower back, and is available in black, blue or green in a variety of widths and lengths.

More than 120 matting and flooring products are available from Coba; the new Coba Collection catalogue has further details.
