Height-adjustable mortar spot board June 1st 2007 An easily-adjustable mortar
'spot board' is available from
Oxford Safety Components.
The simple device can
minimise back strain for
employees who are laying
bricks and working on
similar operations.
The company says it is
estimated that a bricklayer
will stoop to pick up mortar
around 200 times every day.
The adjustable Ward Board
helps to minimise the back
strain involved, and thus
reduces back pain – an
important element in the
HSE Better Backs initiative. More articles from Oxford Safety Components Ltd: |
