Support for saddle August 1st 2006 The Bambach saddle seat has received a positive review from BackCare, a charity that helps and advises sufferers of bad backs.
BackCare rigorously tested the seat and concluded that it could be recommended to those who spend much of the day sitting or who are pre-disposed to back pain.
The Bambach saddle seat was developed by Australian occupational therapist Mary Gale. It is shaped like a horse's saddle and uses the biomechanics of the body to naturally position the spine while supporting the pelvis, promoting good spinal balance. Users are said to have better mobility and less back pain. More articles from Bambach: |
