Demarcation lines make their mark
June 1st 2006

The headquarters of a well known UK haulage and transport company is a hub of constant activity with forklifts moving rapidly around the depot. Many potential hazards could arise if there were no segregation between these vehicles and pedestrian traffic in loading bays and storage areas.

To ensure the safety of both employees and visitors to its premises, the transport company decided to apply highly visible demarcation lines.

Rocol's Easyline aerosol line marking system was chosen. The high performance, traffic-grade line marking paint can be used where quick, easy application is required.

Sharp, bright parallel lines were used to mark out a pedestrian walkway around the site. The paint dried in 10min, minimising downtime, and its durability means the company will have to re-paint less frequently.
