Reflective barrier tape

A new reflective barrier tape has been launched in the UK and is available from Viking Industrial & Safety Supplies.

The product can be clearly seen in the dark and has a visibility range of more than 150m at night.

The product is said to be suitable for dangerous areas, emergency situations and as a road barrier during the day, at night and in poor visibility and bad weather conditions.

Colin Bennett, Viking managing director, comments "Key messages and logos can be printed on one side of the tape. This heightens the desired impact in a wide variety of situations where a highly visible caution, warning or direct instruction to members of the public is required; for example, crime, fire and accident scenes, no go and danger areas, building and other restricted access sites." The tape comes in lengths of 200, 250, 500 and 1000m.
