Servicing over 600 practices and 15,000 individual users, DPS Software was conscious that should a prolonged powercut occur, the company's infrastructure would be unable to function and business continuity would be affected Powercall's 24/7 service will ensure that the company's data centre has a standby generator in situ and connected up within a 1 hour target time, and guaranteed maximum of 3 hours.
