Crowd control system October 1st 2004 National Express has specified a fixed queuing system from Tensator for its Digbeth coach station to create a secure environment in which passengers can queue for coaches.
The Tensaguide system, incorporating socketmounted posts, retractable webbing and a number of fixed beams, offers a semipermanent system of managing queue congestion.
In total, 140 solid beam posts were installed across 10 coach bays, with a number of high level posts fixed with display panels for easy identification.
