Barloworld Vacuum Technology believes its industrial vacuum cleaners are among the worlds first electrically powered units to comply with the atex 100a Directive 94/9/EC for use in Gas Zone 1 and Dust Zone 21 designated areas.

The seven models, for dry or wet and dry collection, include four electrically powered units and three compressed air powered machines including a Type H version for hazardous dust.
