Boost for scrubber dryers
August 1st 2007 Nilfisk-ALTO has added high speed orbital scrubbing machines with a rectangular pad to its line-up of walkbehind and ride-on scrubber dryers and launched a new series of medium size conventional machines. At the heart of the orbital scrubbing technology is the rectangular Boost pad which agitates at 2250rpm. The high speed pad is said to require less pressure, which helps extend the life of the pads and the floor finish. The Boost system is fitted to two new battery powered machines, the Scrubtec Boost 70 and Scrubtec Boost R81. The company has also unveiled the Scrubtec 545/553/651/653/ 661 series of medium size, walkbehind scrubber dryers to complete its floorcare portfolio.
