Faced with the task of keeping large stretches of hard flooring clean, while ensuring a safe environment for building users, the inhouse cleaning team at Birmingham Children's Hospital opted for a Truvox cordless Orbis Battery Burnisher and Solaris scrubber dryer machines supplied by Myona.

The absence of trailing cables with the burnisher has made it easier to clean when others are around, while the machine's compact, streamlined shape and simple forwards and backwards movements make it easier to manoeuvre.

With its single pass cleaning and 1500rpm operation, the burnisher allows cleaning in half the time taken by a previous machine.

Since using the Truvox Solaris scrubber dryer machines the hospital's cleaning team has been impressed by the speed with which they clean and by their ability to leave floors dry immediately after use.
