Research reward December 1st 2007 Top students at The Scottish
Centre for Occupational
Safety and Health (SCOSH)
are to be awarded a £500
cash prize.
Specialist software
company eHandS will
present the award to
outstanding MSc students
for research into health and
safety in the workplace. The
Centre, based at the
University of Strathclyde,
provides an MSc in Safety
and Risk Management.
Colin Thorne, course
director, says "The work
carried out by our MSc
students can play a
significant role in researching
how workplace safety can be
improved, and we're delighted
eHandS has chosen to
