LIGHTWEIGHT SALT AND SAND SPREADER

Responding to customer demand for a lightweight salt spreader for smaller jobs, such as pathways, parks and yards, Broadwood International has introduced the SnowEx 325 for use on the back of small pickups and forklift trucks.

The device holds 76L of ice melting material and can be attached to any vehicle using various mount options. Designed primarily for bulk salt and sand spreading, the SnowEx 325 consists of an auger system with spinner/auger speed controller, low maintenance direct-drive system and corrosion resistant hopper.

The auger system’s design ensures a positive, steady feed of materials, eliminating clogging and flow problems. The cabmounted spinner/auger controller supplies a variable speed to provide infinite spread pattern control.

The unit does not need belts, pulleys or chains.
