Providing lowlevel access solutions
April 1st 2007 Birchwood Products has launched the first product from its U-Go range of lowlevel access solutions. The Pak Flat Podium 950mm is made from a lightweight yet robust 2mm tubular, all-aluminium construction. Features of the one-piece unit include a flat-pack design that allows for easy storage and transportation, and speedy, three-step assembly. It is said to take less than a minute to erect and dismantle. Other features include: six points of ground contact, a highly visible painted finish, and a one-person lift. With two deck heights (700 and 950mm) the unit is described as hugely versatile. Speaking at the Executive Hire Show recently, Anthony Smith, Birchwood's managing director, commented "Feedback was positive from hirers across the board.
