Deals safely with small spills
December 1st 2006

Formulated in line with the guidelines of the EU Landfill directive, BioCat provides a safe, quick, environmentallyfriendly means of dealing with small industrial spills of oil, petrol, diesel, lubricants, hydraulic fluids and so on, in workshops, on production lines, in parking areas, loading points and storage areas.

Available from Darcy Products, the product is equally effective with most paints, resins and many other fluids commonly used in industry.

The organic product possesses an inherent ability to degrade, making the treatment process simpler, quicker, more economical and, in some cases, eliminating it altogether.

Biocat is said to be effective on both porous and non-porous surfaces. Used on concrete, it leaves a residue-free surface as well as instantly suppressing noxious or hazardous vapours.

On porous surfaces, it is said to prevent or limit penetration, is harmless to plant life and limits the risk of ground water contamination.

Lightweight and capable of absorbing up to 10 times its own weight in contaminants, BioCat is available in 20, 100 and 210L containers or incorporated into the extensive range of Darcy Products emergency spill kits.
