Fewer falling bottles
November 1st 2010

The Magners bottling facility is reported to be benefiting from a dramatic reduction in the number of bottles falling during the depalletising process, thanks to the introduction of the Loadhog Smartpad.

The waved edges on the Smartpad not only provide stability, but also encourage bottles to migrate to the centre of the pad when they are subjected to vibration.

Moreover, without Smartpads, pallets can tend to collapse from the base up during transit and storage, meaning its entire content is lost, resulting in mess and extended cleaning time.
