Massage chair

Available for trial at the recent Health & Safety Expo were massage chairs from Hela. I must admit to being sceptical, expecting a faint buzzing sensation at best, until the chair’s programme started! The chair gave me an amazingly deep back and neck massage, kneading tapping, rolling, pointing and vibrating for around 15 minutes.

Despite being very different to a massage from a ‘real live’ person, the massage chair, plus the music headphones left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Ian Clay
