Focus on noise
August 1st 2007

Organised by the Institute of Acoustics' Noise and Vibration Engineering Group, a two-day autumn conference will focus on problem solving in noise and vibration engineering.

A highlight of the conference will be the presentation by Trevor Baylis, OBE, inventor of the wind-up radio, of the Institute's Young Persons' Award for Innovation in Acoustical Engineering.

The conference takes place on 17 and 18 October in Oxford.
