Ergonomic keyboards will feature at show
April 1st 2007

Stephen Hobday was already an established inventor when, with Lillian Malt, he started to experiment with his first fully ergonomic keyboard.

Shaped to fit hands to avoid strain problems, it offered a new letter layout to replace QWERTY.

The original quest to produce a fully-ergonomic strain-free keyboard has culminated in keyboards that have helped many thousands of operators return to work after some had believed they would never be able to work on a keyboard again.

The original design has lead to a range of single-hand and head/mouth stick or single finger keyboards.

A range of PCD Maltron keyboards will be on the company's stand at this year's Safety & Health Expo, Stand L22.
