Acquisition announced
September 1st 2010 3M has announced the acquisition
of Dailys, a supplier of non-woven
disposable protective clothing,
(primarily chemical protective
coveralls for industrial use). Terms
of the transaction were not
disclosed.
"This acquisition supports our
strategic direction by broadening
our protective apparel portfolio,"
says Julie Bushman, vice president
and general manager, 3M
Occupational Health and
Environmental Safety Division.
"Adding products from Dailys
will accelerate our presence in
disposable protective clothing not
only in the UK, but globally," says

3M United Kingdom.
