Environment Agency contract win July 1st 2009 A-Plant has been awarded
two four-year framework
agreements with the
Environment Agency,
covering the hire of tools and
equipment and the
maintenance and servicing of
the Agency's existing fleet of
equipment. One of three
suppliers on the hire
framework A-Plant has been
awarded a single supplier
framework agreement for the
management, maintenance
and servicing of the entire
fleet of powered hand tools
and powered work
equipment.
To establish the
procedures to be used in the
contract, A-Plant is carrying
out pilot projects based in
three of the eight regions.
Every piece of equipment
will be examined and a
report submitted to the
Environment Agency . This
process will then be rolled
out to all eight regions to
produce a national report for
