One piece of ‘hot off the press’ news is that Infield, the emerging name for safety eyewear from Signet Armorlite will be launching its new range on Stand F32 at Safety & Health Expo.

The Infield range is already protecting workforces in the UK and throughout Europe under the name of Galileo Safety Eyewear. The range has now been re-branded as Infield.

Offering a selection of prescriptive and plano styles, the Infield range has been developed to exceed the requirements of the EN standards for optical safety. The philosophy has been to produce protective eyewear that feels so comfortable, the wearer should hardly notice that they are wearing it with sophisticated styling as standard.

Infield eyewear offers hi-tech, ergonomic frame designs that are adaptable for a wide variety of applications.

Appealing features include their modern and innovative Infield Softflex sides frame technology, that when combined with the in-built adjustable side length and adjustable pantoscopic angle of tilt, a perfect fit is assured. In addition, distortion free lenses and a lightweight design contribute to provide day long comfort from each and every pair.

From its purpose-built facility, Infield is able to hold large stocks of both prescription and plano safety eyewear. The company’s in-house prescription facility enables them to deliver precise safety eyewear to their customers within 48 hours. This “very fast turnaround of prescription eyewear gives Infield a distinct advantage” says marketing manager, Lewis Murray.
