OCS acquires TM Facilities Services
October 1st 2010

Support services provider OCS Group UK has acquired TM Facilities Services (TMFS). The deal further enhances the company's offering in the health, safety and environmental compliance services market.

TMFS, which employs over 70 field-based engineers covering the whole of the UK, has a strong capability within the compliance market with a range of services including portable appliance testing, fixed wire electrical installation and environmental (legionella, noise, air quality, asbestos) testing services.

The agreement sees OCS take control of all TM Facilities Services assets including contract turnover approaching 5m and provides access to a number of blue-chip and public sector customers.
