Product & service expansion
June 1st 2011 Britannia Welding Supplies has
moved its business to a new premises
in Aldershot, Hampshire.
Britannia is a distributor for
ESAB, a manufacturer of welding
and cutting products. The
partnership allows Britannia to offer
a range of arc welding and cutting
equipment, gas welding and cutting
products, welding consumables and
Personal Protective Equipment
(PPE) and welding accessories to the
industry.
As part of the expansion process
Britannia has increased its service
engineer business and is in the
process of developing a larger test
department to provide welding
codes/tests, COSHH Tests, Gas
Equipment Inspections/testing.
Dave Ellwood, managing director
of Britannia, said: "We offer good
quality products with the support of
our partnership with ESAB. In our
brand new premises we have the
capability to provide the products
and services that are needed by
