RoSPA announces new qualification August 1st 2004 RoSPA launches a new course in September offering one of the highest qualifications for health and safety professionals. The new National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health Level 4 Diploma replaces the existing NEBOSH Diploma 1 and 2 course. It will provide successful candidates with the academic requirements for corporate membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). The course has been developed in line with national health and safety training standards that were recently launched by the Employment National Training Organisation
