General Purpose Glove Range Grows
December 1st 2005

Thin mil general purpose gloves have been introduced by Kimberly-Clark under its Kleenguard brand. The range comprises three versions that are CE marked as Category 1 protective gloves.

  • Kleenguard blue nitrile gloves are premium gloves that offer a high level of comfort, protection and performance. They contain no natural latex and so reduce Type 1 gloveassociated allergic reactions.

  • Kleenguard powder-free gloves are made from natural rubber latex. They are said to be consistent in quality and performance, offering good value. These fully textured gloves offer a high level of wet and dry grip and, being powder-free minimise the drying effects of latex on the skin.

Both blue nitrile and powder-free versions are approved for food contact.

  • Kleenguard lightly powdered gloves offer cost effective performance and are made from natural rubber latex. They are lightly powdered for easy donning.
