In 2003 DSEAR incorporating the ATEX 137 Directive, became law in the UK. However, according to Pyroban, companies are still unclear of the responsibilities that this puts upon them.

If your company has carried out a risk assessment but you are unsure how to manage your risk and liability, a Risk and Liability Seminar organised by Pyroban will provide the opportunity to gain useful information.

The seminar is aimed at people making key decisions concerning health and safety in small and large companies that have areas zoned in accordance with ATEX 1999/92/EC, and those in the supply chain providing equipment built to ATEX 94/9/EC.

A range of experts in related fields will present papers at the seminar.
