No drops at the shops
November 1st 2009 Safesite's System 2000 has been
installed at the Kingfisher Shopping
Centre in Redditch, to enable safe
access to the Centre's roofs.
As the shopping centre is multitenanted
frequent access to
the roofs is required for
maintenance of equipment
such as air conditioning
units. Guardrail had already
been installed in some areas
but in order to provide
complete protection
throughout the roof a flexible
solution was required that
could take into account the
Centre's modern design
which features glazed
atriums. After a thorough
survey it was decided that Safesite's
permanent edge protection system
