Safe at all times
August 1st 2004 In an effort to ensure that roof safety equipment is safe to use at all times and to help companies comply with health and safety regulations, Safesite has re-vamped its recalibration service.
As part of the new service a Safesite engineer will assess roof safety equipment, such as lifeline systems and guardrails and will inspect and certify all ppe used in conjunction with this equipment, including lanyards and harnesses.
The engineer will also be available to advise the client on any concerns they may have about falls from height around the site and, if required, carry out individual training on equipment provided.
