June 1st 2007 Gripfit now offers a low
profile, slip-proof, fixedframe
matting system that
can be installed, for example,
around oval, circular and
curved sales displays.
It is designed to enhance
the visual appeal and safety
of curbed display areas by
absorbing dirt, moisture and
spills and providing an
attractive 'walkway' to draw
customers to the point of sale.
Ben Colbourne, director,
says "It's crucial to have
safely fixed an absorbent
flooring particularly where
liquids or squashable items,
such as fruit and flowers, are
on sale, to ensure an
attractive and safe sales
area and eliminate slip and
trip hazards.
The radiussed mat frame
system comes with specially
moulded corner pieces to
enable frames to be fitted
together to form an
octagonal shape, or be
combined with straight
edges to create free-form or
