Preventing slip-ups
June 1st 2004

Anglo Building Products points out that each year there are more than 26 000 accidents involving slips, trips or falls on level surfaces, stairways and steps. These result in injuries to employees and expensive time lost.

The company has introduced its Anglo Treadsafe anti-slip floor coating to minimise the risk of accidents on floors, stairs and ramps by ensuring safe footing, even in the most slippery of conditions.

Resistant to harsh chemical spillage, the product is a hardwearing, epoxy resin coating that provides good traction for metal wheeled traffic and fork lift trucks.

Easily applied by roller in one coat and suitable for use on concrete, stone, metal and wood, Anglo Treadsafe is solvent free and virtually odourless during application.
