Moveable anchor December 1st 2004 Tractels Rollclamp works on the top or bottom flange of a steel beam to provide a moveable anchor and enables the user to move freely as it travels forwards and backwards on smooth running nylon rollers along the beam.
Rollclamps are fitted with a webbing anchor point to which a lanyard can be connected and they are quick to attach and disconnect from the beam.
The device is suitable for use by steel erectors and cradle installers who use the track as a continuous rail to which the Rollclamp is attached, giving them complete safety without the need to install temporary systems.
It can be used on beams or cradle tracks with a minimum flange width of 100mm, adjustable to 380mm. A larger version is adjustable to 640mm. More articles from Tractel (UK) Limited: |
