BSIF AWARD FOR RESCUE DEVICE

Rescue specialist, heightec, has won a BSIF Product Innovation Award for Quadra its new dedicated rescue device.

The Award is given annually by the British Safety Industry Federation to recognise excellence and innovation in the safety and health industry.

The Quadra is a portable rescue device that can be used to raise or lower a suspended person. It is a central component of heightecs RescuePack recovery systems for vertical situations.

RescuePack allows clients to satisfy the emergency planning provisions of the forthcoming Work at Height Regulations that will require rescue arrangements to be in place for all work

at height.

The companys RescueHauler rope grab and Chrysalis stretcher also got through to the final of the Awards scheme.
