Guardrail for tower
October 1st 2005

BoSS, an aluminium tower system from SGB Youngman has been made safer following the introduction of a guardrail system.

Many sites now require towers to be assembled in specific ways. SGB says it has all the recommended types of tower erection methods and now offers the guardrail system.

A double guardrail is installed securely on the deck above from the completed deck below. It comprises one lightweight unit that can be handled easily by one person.

The guardrail ensures the operative has continuous protection from falls when assembling the tower without hindering movement or complicating the erection process.

Simple to use, the handrail is attached via a single fixing and works with all diagonal brace and stabiliser variations.
