NO NEED FOR JACKS FOR ONE-MAN USE
December 1st 2003

A Versalift ET26NEXS platform mounted on a 2.9t Vauxhall Vivaro has been supplied to Warwickshire County Council (WARCO) to help employees carry out town centre lighting work in safety.

Of particular significance is the fact that there are no stabilisers required as the vehicle has a maximum working height of 9.2m and can outreach up to 5.5m in one-man configuration.

The ET26NEXS is available in one-man configuration (120kg platform capacity) without stabilisers and two man configuration (200kg platform capacity) with stabilisers, complete with telescopic main boom and fixed fly boom.

The company says that there is no tail swing beyond the mirrors of the van, with 360 rotation (non-continuous).
