Safe use of towers
April 1st 2004

With the imminent completion of the Work at Height Regulations, PASMA, the UK trade association for the mobile access tower industry, will be carrying the card for safety in the Access Pavilion at Safety & Health Expo 2004.

PASMA training is available from approved training centres and its official ID card is increasingly specified by health and safety professionals as the only proof of competence.

Available at both standard and advanced levels, the training ensures that operatives know how to make the use of towers safer and more efficient.

Tower owners, users and safety professionals will be able to see the Pasma safety video that covers health and safety risks, safe systems of work, and describes some of the latest and more innovative applications of mobile access towers.

A supplement to the official PASMA training courses, it is expected to prove of value to anyone with any contact with towers.
