Injury-free aim
October 1st 2007

The JMJ Incident & Injury- Free (IIF) approach is designed to help companies initiate, build and sustain a workplace in which people do not get hurt. The approach generates a culture in which people stand for elimination of all worker injury. This approach is said to deliver results by applying a cohesive series of consulting, training and coaching components that build individual, cultural and organisational capacity to create and sustain a workplace in which no one is hurt, anytime, anywhere. Designed to work in tandem with existing safety practices and programs the approach comprises four keys: Leading, Aligning, Performing and Sustaining. Activating these keys together is said to unleash a breakthrough in safety performance that is both measurable and sustainable. JMJ says it is dedicated to helping clients, those just beginning safety programs, as well as those ranked as world class, reach beyond their current level of safety performance to create breakthrough results. The approach is suited to individual projects or entire organisations.
