Behavioural safety training
April 1st 2008

Up to 70 employees of Buckfast Abbey in Devon have attended a course called 'Approaching People', where trainers from SHE Group advised on how to defuse potentially awkward situations. Training was geared to helping staff approach people to resolve any problems that may arise.

Helen Schoelzel, senior trainer, comments "This course aims to give staff the confidence and tips they need to make sure the peace of Buckfast Abbey is maintained and that everyone's visit to the beautiful Abbey is as enjoyable as possible."
