Competent person course
June 1st 2007

Competent A 'Competent Person' course introduced by Castle Group covers CoSHH regulations, air sampling and gas detection. The three-day course offers a good balance of theory and practical hands-on experience.

It will take delegates through the principles of the regulations and of sampling and will look at the medical impact of exposure to various substances. It will also look in detail at the practical implications.

With an assessment based on a work-based project completed after the course, the aim is to get people straight into risk assessing and problem solving.
