DSEAR roadshows extended
July 1st 2009 Following their popular reception at
the Safety & Health Expo Denios has
decided to extend the roadshow
nature of its safety seminars in
different formats to suit all audiences.
Denios is now offering a 90
minute version suitable for
individuals to attend for £250 and a
comprehensive half day extension
ideal for a larger self-contained
audience which costs £495 – plus
expenses. Both fees are redeemable
against appropriate order levels.
Denios md Roy Smith suggests
that the high level of
interest in the
seminars at May's
expo highlights a
crucial lack of
knowledge of
potential hazards
and legislation within the safety
sector, noting that: "They became a
very tangible demonstration to
people of the sheer complexity of the
dangerous permutations of mixing
the wrong amounts of gases and
chemicals, and the literally explosive
consequences which in turn
