Free fire detection seminars

Technologies, Fire Safety, is
running a series of free oneday
seminars at Moreton-inthe-
Marsh.
Designed to be lively and
informative, the seminars
include discussion sessions
and practical demonstrations
of fire detection and
extinguishing systems in
operation.
The seminars start with an
examination of Home Office
fire statistics and the causes
of fire alarms. They then
look at false alarms and
their cost implications, as
well as the new CFOA (Chief
Fire Officers' Association)
policy which downgrades the
response from the fire
service for premises that are
persistently a source of false
