New noise awareness course
February 1st 2011

Pulsar Instruments is launching a new training programme for its popular noise awareness courses. The one day events are designed for professionals from any background seeking an understanding of the key issues relating to the measurement and control of noise in the workplace.

The workshop program covers areas such as basic noise theory, the terminology used in noise measurement and also The Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005 and BS4142 Method for Rating Industrial Noise Affecting Mixed Residential and Industrial Areas. It also offers an interactive practical session where delegates get the opportunity to make some noise measurements under the guidance of experienced professionals.

The next course will be at the Walkers Football Stadium, Leicester on Wednesday 15th June 2011.
