electronic formats, including
interactive web-based
training that can be
accessed remotely and
managed on-line.
An e-learning system can
be initiated with an email,
managed on-line, and record
and analyse results by
individual, group,
department or location.
Called AIM (assess, inform
and monitor), it tests
employees' initial
understanding of the
subject, trains them with an
on-line version of the
booklet and then assesses
comprehension and retention.
A Pay-to-View format of
the booklets enables
employers to buy only the
amount of on-line access
they require.
