Induction online
April 1st 2007 Available from Cardinus is a new e-learning course called Health & Safety Induction. As it is online, employees can be individually trained as soon as they start work, rather than waiting for a suitable training slot. The course has modules on emergencies, workplace safety, use of DSE, employee health, personal safety and driver safety, and there is a test to ensure understanding. The training programme is highly automated, providing reports, certificates and scheduled email reminders. A complete record is stored in the database.
