License to learn September 1st 2009 Safety Media has launched a new
approach to licensing Health and
Safety E-Learning courses that, the
company claims, makes it affordable
for every company. Instead of
licensing one course at a time, Safety
Media will charge an annual fee
which gives access to all 46 courses.
"We have the biggest library of
content in the industry and it seems
logical to let as many customers as
possible access the courses and the
simplest way to do this is to make it
very, very affordable!" commented

invested in a purpose-built training
centre at its Milton Keynes HQ, along

Correct and Safe Use is the core
course that teaches criteria for correct
tool selection and highlights safety
procedures for these applications to
both non-experts and more
experienced operators.

Certificating end-users' own health
and safety trainers to deliver the
approved courses expands the skilled
knowledge base, raising the efficiency
of Makita tool usage, protecting the
operator and enhancing productivity.

Stress Awareness for Employees and
