DVD focuses on safety culture
June 25th 2009

Safety Media has launched a new DVD title looking at the importance of achieving a good safety culture in your workplace. Health & Safety – We’re All Responsible is a 15 minute DVD showing the viewer the consequences of not following health and safety procedures.

The DVD follows a new starter through his first day at a factory and we view the day from his perspective. As the induction takes place we are shown the problems in the company, including not using PPE when required or following signage, showing the disregard for health and safety.

The new starter is shocked by the attitude to safety and decides to not to continue working for the company.
