Train to reduce injuries on site
June 1st 2007

TRAIN TO REDUCE Safety Media comments that a lack of training has been identified as one of the key contributory factors to injuries and accidents on a construction site.

By providing employees with training, the number of accidents and injuries in the industry will be reduced due to an increased understanding of the safe practices necessary.

Safety Media has developed titles specifically for the construction industry to help it achieve this goal.

The Construction Safety Series is part of Safety Media's ToolBox Talks DVD collection and features 10 titles, each looking at one specific subject area.

The following titles are available: Ladders, Lifting, Mobile Scaffolds, Near Accidents and Dangerous Situations, Noise, Order & Tidiness on the Building site, PPE, Safe Hoisting, Working on a Scaffold, Working Safely on Roofs.
